Due to our significant business growth, we are looking for a creative, digitally aware, hardworking colleague to join our dynamic Tack&TMI team on the Learning Specialist position.

• Creating together with the Tack&TMI team learning solutions;
• Conceptualizing and creating proposals for learning solutions;
• Administrating E-learning platform;
• Maintaining contact with clients and following the training solutions effect;
• Providing support to trainers and consultants during the development projects;
• Tracking trends and identifying market needs in the field of training and development;
• Developing, implementing, and delivering innovative learning solutions, within one of the following areas: Sales, People Management, Personal Development;
• Supporting the delivery of training and development programs in digital as well as the live environment;
• Creating learning journeys tailored to Clients' needs while closely cooperating with our partners and with our diverse team of talented, performance-driven people, who are committed to advancement;
• Providing a range of consulting services to Clients related to creating and sustaining a high-performance organization;
• Taking care that the client is sufficient from the beginning to the end of the process.

• University degree;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Strong interest in the field of training and development;
• Digital medial awareness and understanding of the digital basic concept;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills backed with strong organizational abilities;
• Flexible, dedicated, and responsible person;
• A creative person with an innovative approach to problem-solving;
• Customer-oriented person;
• Fluent knowledge of English and Excellent PC skills.
